JD prepared civil engineering planning and construction drawings, reports, stormwater plans, and other documents needed for approval through the City of Vancouver. Construction was completed in 2019.

The Heights at Winlock Subdivision is a proposed development located in Winlock, Washington. This subdivision consists of a mixture of duplex and quadplex dwellings that will serve the growing demand for affordable housing in Southwest Washington. The Heights at Winlock will create a family-friendly community in a small-town setting conveniently located an hour north of Portland.

Lainie’s Crossing Apartments is a 40-unit, 4-story apartment complex located at 8110 NE 51st Street in Vancouver, WA. Jolma Design is proud to be a part of this project, it is currently under construction and includes live/work units on the ground floor near Vancouver Mall.
Zillah, Washington
Agricultural Housing
JD is providing land development planning and engineering assistance for a large agricultural client proposing to construct multi-family dwelling units to serve workers supporting a large agricultural operation near Zillah, Washington. As part of the site investigation, JD mapped the site using a drone, this information was used to develop the site layout and grading plans. The mounds of dirt are septic design test pit excavations.
Rivco Business Center

Rivco Business Center is a two-phase business park in Battle Ground Corporate Center located at the 1400 block of SE 14th Place in Battle Ground, WA. This project includes a 7,800 SF industrial building in phase one and associated parking and storage, and a 5,850 SF office building in phase two.
